Seems a bit of a waste.

It looks to be heavily treed.Have you thought about having a timber consultant tell you if theres any value in having someone come in and cut down the timber? 

A motivated nosey neighbor might try to make an appt to see the property, but in general that doesn't happen too often and agents don't want to waste their time with time-wasters like that.

They can't do anything to help so it's a waste of time place to vent and then you need to call in to get things done.

It is enough to get going but there is a lot of wasted time in the lessons. 

As Plano is a pretty nice clean cut buttoned up type of community they don't seem to have a lot of tolerance even for just a few bad apples.Dallas is considering a ban. 

I would be cutting it pretty close.

You will thank yourself it cuts down the calls by 90% in my experience.
