Hi Illya, Columbus has been booming lately, thanks to big names like Intel (dropping a cool $20 billion), Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up shop with warehouses and data centers.

Some of them might have knob and tube electrical and I've owned one where plumbing was fine (all copper) but with the lack of insulation in an area those lines would freeze in extreme cold temperatures.

That a landlord will hire PMI or Renter's Warehouse because they've heard of them. 

Subdivisions, RV parks, resort-style developments/venues, storage, warehouses, small office, etc.

This would include about 1,000sqft of basic office and restroom and the warehouse area being semi heated only.

They have institutional backing from possibly a large fund, hedge fund, warehouse lines of credit, or large business lines of credit.
