Many hosts think CSAT (customer satisfaction) is a one-time event to drive 5 star reviews.

Actually, I just decided to go with Energy Star because it's a bit easier and more well known.

Read the 2 complaints on the Better Business Bureau and all the one-star reviews on google (all have same detailed complaints).

Their reputation is looking pretty bleak. 100+ days and bad communication = 1 star. 

I have been doing it for several years and continually get 5 star reviews for my properties. 95% of my business is automated.

Your typical 4-5 star reviewed property management company on Google or is there a different type of property management company that you lean towards more?

I'd suggest networking with some of the rock star agents like @Eudith Vacio or @John Warren above to help you narrow down your search criteria. 

Because I, a real estate Broker, can call that bank, say were in listing contract, put this on hold for ____ days and I will have it live on MLS and get it sold and gone to cover things, and guess what the bank does, they work with me because I am legit and with a rock-star track record of getting s#it done.
