Our location is near transportation so an easy commute into Philly. 

I think you’re less likely to find rentals in more rural areas, away from public transportation, etc.

Not meaning to offend anyone, but from what I understand this is an unregulated field and anyone that is considered "Qualified" is someone simply  that hasn't been disqualified.   

To give you an idea on the cost to remove the UST and get a No Further Action letter from NJDEP you would have to hire a pre-qualified environmental professional to investigate and remediate unregulated underground. 

As it stands, I’ve found that the city of north Las Vegas is still an unregulated area.

Probably for a long time that you were in another city, you gathered a lot of things that will need to be transported when moving.
