And keep in mind there is land cost in that sale price which is a sunk price for us since we buy the dirt from the farmer entitle it and do the horizontal work then go vertical..  

They can buy on another island or even the mainland.

They range from Windsor Hills which is older and closer to Disney; to newer communities like Championsgate, Solara and Windsor Island which are a bit further from Disney but they have larger homes and fantastic resort amenities which make them appealing to guests.

I imagine the trend will land somewhere in the middle--maybe with an island or breakfast bar (or something new like a work-from-home "breakfast/desk"?)

The one state I will never willingly go back to.Of course, my only experience with it is a “special interest” community located at a place called Parris Island. 

Well that’s disappointing owning a STR on an island is one of my LTR Goals and Barcelona was on my short list.

My property is on a barrier island where it appreciates almost 10 percent for past 10 years..I would think that give or take it would do so next 5 years and I would use it to buy other propertiesI think people should read John Schaub books more:)
