That was originally my plan, however legislation in Florida is creating hard times for realtors.

We anticipate that there will be a moratorium on all Certificates of Ownership for manufactured homes until new legislation is passed/enacted.

From what I have seen in Colorado Springs, the lease only tends to range from half a month's rent to a full month's.Keep in mind, Colorado is coming out of a very anti landlord legislative session and you will have to stay in compliance with the changing laws.

It seems like the money is out there, but the mood is uncertain.
