Hello,I was wondering what type of umbrella insurance I should get for my rental?

We have in-house property management that is under a different entity in order to satisfy all of the laws and regulations here in Ohio.List'n Sell Property Management is fully licensed and insured, etc...All of the companies that are under the Ohio Cashflow umbrella are owned and controlled by me.So as long as I'm living and breathing, everyone will do well.If I die, you will be at the mercy of @Dominique Osborn and she is much meaner than I am so good luck hahaThanks

It's a plus if they offer any good bundling options for an umbrella policy for 2-3 homes, as we're looking to get one for the first time.I know some insurers have been leaving the CA market recently so looking for updated recommendations based on your personal experiences.Thanks!

As for liability, that is what multi-million dollar umbrella policies are for. 

I tried to get an umbrella policy added to my home owners insurance and was denied due to a recent claim.

So if you look at the map and use the umbrella zoning color codes to know at a glance if something is residential, commercial, etc and then begin to zoom in, then you'll eventually be able to view specifics like R-1, R-2, CEIR, etc.

I'm currently getting a quote from State Farm for everything Home, cars, boat, umbrella, and multiple rentals.

And yes I do have a commercial and a personal umbrella.
