My advice: plant a tree every year.

This home is about 12 minutes away from downtown Houston, UH, Toyota Center, and several plants.

Growth in our area to support a growing revitalized downtown and new production plants moving to the area.

I wasn’t making much off mine when I first started 9 years ago but kept planting trees and enjoying all the mailbox $ now as market rent goes way up while my mortgages are fixed and seem really low now compared to rent.

Easement with hydroelectric plant on rear corner of property that may be reverting back to me.

Railroad tracks, nuclear power plant, factories, good schools, etc.  

We plant trees as needed.

Furthermore, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many more great things presently and coming in the future.

They are turn key, but made in a plant with high standards of quality control and are delivered via semi.
