I'm also an OOS investor who lives a few timezones away from where I invest. 

I live two time zones away now and just haven't.   

Therefore I'm going to tailor towards US time zone.

I can imagine it'll be even harder from out of country and totally different time zone.

@Brody Jett - There are many of us CPAs on here who are not only tax experts but also real estate investors who don't mind working virtually or across time zones.  

.- I recommend outsourcing SEO to people in the same time-zone (communication is very difficult/slow when outsourcing to countries that are waking up as you go to sleep) as you and to those who can speak the language you're going to want to optimize your website for fluently.Feel free to ask any specific questions and I'll be glad to answer!

Don't worry about very limited communication with viturual assistants or the simple fact of them being overseas the time zones and responses often do not work very well together.

If you decide you want to go a few time zones east then do so with a purpose..

There is withholding requirements, currency exchange rates, long distance time zone differences, reporting back of income with taxes to their home country which for some can cause issues.I ran into these items and more over the years on commercial deals with foreign investors.
