Everybody needs to live somewhere---you can't live in a mutual fund...Real estate will always be in demand regardless of the market circumstances...God stop making land on the 7th day (unless you live near a volcano)---you can't build a house on top of your IRA...Real Estate will benefit from diminished availability (supply) as our population expands due to natural reproduction and immigrant inflex.My vote is---well, it's pretty obvious...Regards,Scott Miller

If the fact that a DOS clause is/would be invoked if the insurance policy changes, I would walk away before potentially diminishing or even sacrificing coverage by trying to "skirt" the correct way to insure the property.

Kay H.I am not a marketing expert, but what I do know personally is that the odds of me earning passive rental income are greatly diminished if I don't invest in inquiring the rental income producing asset.
