It is because I was proactive and performed preventative maintenance sweeps twice a year.

$15 hour is very low pay unless you are sweeping the sidewalk.

The newest trend sweeping the rental market (from my perspective) in Colorado is that many tenants want the right to grow pot in the unit.

From now on if it is more than just a little sweeping or mopping I am just going to hire a cleaning service and take it all out of the deposit so that the house is as clean as it was when they moved in.I hate cleaning ovens.

Stating the obvious, but investors are looking for deeper discounts than normal if they are sweeping up multiple homes from one seller.
