Western Oregon is surprisingly composed of smaller single family lots, usually around .10-.15 of an acre.

The last time I did this, the landlord was ok but surprised.

It has surprised us delivering nearly $60k in gross revenue annually.

I also want to say that if you see this as a true passive investment, you'll be in for a surprise because it's anything but....usually.

Just make sure you keep enough in an emergency fund in case a roof or furnace goes out.
