They do go on and say, in bold underlined print "A housing provider cannot be held liable for excluding individuals because they have previously been convicted of manufacturing or distributing a controlled substance" which..

I used part of the "cash like substance" as a DP on a 10 CAP NNN where the NOI covered both the Debt service on the NNN and the interest payment on the NLD.The rest of the money (now free seed money) I reused multiple times over for flipping, adding the profits to the original seed money...expanding it to twice the original amount.Then, taking the profits and buying NNN for cash flow, while repeatedly reinvesting the  same "original seed" money to infinity...generating a continuous flow of profit to buy Cash Flow properties.Through all of this, I never spend a dime

YET you start your  "new into this game with": "you could never convince me that this is an actual strategy to build wealth".You are an empty vessel with absolutely no substance to base any conclusions on, yet you already go ahead and you can't be convinced of anything based on that limiting mindset you have currently as a noob.Way to go dude! 

Inspectors in my area are now being trained to say "weird substance, could be mold, needs to be examined professionally" on every house.    

Also, many people are prescribed controlled substances for AanxIrty, PTSD, pain management, etc.

Some of the beams have this sawdust looking substance on them. 

Let's see; I want to be a real estate investor, so I'll put my money in a property that is dirt cheap, low rent, high vacancy (excluding squatters and substance aficionados), high crime war zone and believe I'll be successful?  

It is substance over form.
