I currently have a SFR in Gilbert, AZ that has a great property manager, solid renters, and although it wouldn't meet the income parameters a bunch of people on this site strive for, it works for us.

But one must start somewhere, one must finally take real life action, and one must continue to fight the good fight (stay focused, don't give up, always strive to learn new things, always network, and keep pushing the limits of your goals). 

So I look to people like you that have achieved what I'm striving for hoping to learn the tools that will make me more efficient. if you are willing to share your framework that has led to your success.

I'm excited to see what others say here.But in my situation, I've had several very successful mentors tell me to strive to build some sort of steady active income and then utilize that to buy rental properties.

Thus by the commonly understood sense of the word you cannot steal title to my property by forging my signature on a deed and I won't hold my breath waiting for someone to come up with a convincing rebuttal.I don't consider myself hung up on terminology but I do, not to be trite, strive to say what I mean and mean what I say.My opinion on the possibility and effect of home title theft, deed theft or whatever you choose to call is based on experience and not internet stories. 

Nothing good can come from negative wallowing and self-pity, and similarly nothing bad will bloom from a determination to embrace the positive and consistently strive for the better.  

To be clear I am the biggest cheerleader for those that are successful and that have striving and/or attained their goals.

I love information and I strive for neat and organized.
