I had been well trained, money in the bank, stellar credit, and my dad backing me, though.  

Even if you were to pay $1K for the option and sold that option for $5K you would be making a stellar return.

So basically, unless you can save enough for another downpayment in 2 years, or afford a higher mortgage, you will have to either be able to find another stellar deal, or be willing downgrade to a smaller house, or move to a cheaper nieghborhood when you exit.

I offered him full asking with a 20 year amort, 8 % interest, and a 10 year balloon note which I thought was a stellar deal for him!  

We also have stellar credit.Whether you can expect $1000 cash flow obviously depends on the rents, taxes, insurance, maintenance and cap ex, etc. 

As a Real Estate Broker, I would definitely want to know if one of my realtors had less than stellar customer service.  

The Education platform is good, the coaches are great, the boot camps are fantastic and the community is absolutely stellar.

It works fine, but their customer support has been less than stellar.
