I wouldn't take that money to buy him out I'd liquidate and move into better asset class like extended stay development or 3 story walk up apartments 

There are some groups, like Chris, that are on these forums, but generally I would say the sentiment towards syndication on these forums has soured, and therefore the syndicators themselves have stayed away. 

As long as housing inventory remains tight and competition stays high, Gen Z buyers will need to navigate a market that favors speed, decisiveness, and financial preparedness.

We're in it for the long haul, we want tenants to stay a long time and reduce vacancy.
