@Andrew Combs I don't know a /ton/ about Hamtramck, but I did frequently play their HS in soccer back in the day. 

But when I'm in "contractor mode", soccer moms hang on my every word and ask me to suggest all kinds of design selections.

I was my sons soccer coach for most of his grade school, parents can be the worst and I imagine those bad parents continue being bad while their kid is in College..

If their kid kicks a soccer ball through the window, their responsibility to replace.

There is also a new professional MLS soccer team and I have had inquiries from their team for my rental properties.

We have the NBA/WNBA, NFL, professional soccer team, great zoo, great children's museum, Indianapolis Motor Speedwday, NCAA and Big Ten are always hosting a tournament in town, great shopping.
