I would drop that down to $10k/mo. $40k a year for not doing much is a great investment on $40k unless you are putting in a ton of work into the property.Who operates the property?

From what we have been seeing from the people investing in our projects from abroad is that only to open a bank account they themselves need to be here, although I imagine that towards the future this will be changed as well.
