Everyone is showcasing their best, so if their best behavior is making you uncomfortable don't go there.

I would like to know what landlords in NJ are using as a platform to rent and showcase your apartments?

We have plenty of regulars to pay the bills, and my wife is getting a graphic design degree and will be transitioning to freelance employment in that field. 

.- Logo designed and color palette chosen for consistency and professional look- Facebook and Instagram biz pages put in place- I am a graphics designer and created templates for coming soon, new listing, etc online ads using chosen color scheme- Website created (no IDX due to no money :-) )- Door knocking on 100 doors and left flyers I designed.

One is an artist, the other a graphic designer in on-line advertising.

Hello Dennis Williams I think the previous posts about having high efficiency appliances and storage are huge value adds for a multifamily unit.I think partnering with local businesses to showcase a sense of community could be an interesting way to leverage the common areas, such as fruit markets, coffee tastings, or other communal activities.
