Your first run at ideas are more aspirational, but not necessarily actionable in the short term.

If you know your target market and believe they truly wouldn't care (or be impacted- especially if it's very price-sensitive), you're probably fine with less.

Market research is very important but nothing is more valuable than just taking action. 

I have been a long time lurker but I am now starting to take action with my real estate investing.

At some point you have to make the actionable plan.  

A class action lawsuit will come later.

Real estate investing is more about taking actions and learn as much as possible along the way and not repeating your mistakes.

Kudos to you and Debra for making it happen—this is a great example of how collaboration and decisive action lead to success!

The solar system adds no value to my property for rental purposes, and I may even be ripping up the roof & replacing it in the new year.Beyond sending a nasty letter through my attorney via certified mail, demanding the company come pick up their equipment, am I required to take any further action or fulfill any obligations regarding these contracts?
