There is a chance a different segment of the industry is even more inviting to you than what you believe today.

I embrace this segment of cash flow as a largely untapped superior investment opportunity.I have not pursued spending time trying to develop ways to invest where there are known restrictions of ownership – in this case, renting the property.

The consideration then is the incremental cost of adding to that mailing.With regard to mailing to distressed situations only, I find that the obvious candidates, pending foreclosures and bankruptcy etc. leave out a large segment of the distressed homeowners who don't even consider that they have options in this market.

That is the dumb down marketing version of what they are selling which is only a small segment of the asset class and often times the take away is not entirely correct.

I am not a wholesaler nor do I invest in your market but If I did I would Look to the segment of the market that has at least some equity and search for distressed situation caused by divorce, death or some other factor that necessitates a sale.

Construction is such a large segment it is obvious a few people have figured it out.John Corey
