I was expecting to hear more things about Section 8.. or other types of investments that may provide some more stability.However, ultimately what I'm looking for is a better understanding of the type of real estate investment that would fit my risk threshold.. and this thread is helping me figure that out.I started by thinking that the cheapest areas/properties may be the way to go.. because they are cheap (so worst case scenario I can foot the bill for a little while) and they can potentially cash flow.
