have you approached the lender about packaging loan as scattered site housing?

I pinned the rent at $2700/month, and never raised it while they were there because they were amazingly wonderful tenants.Now, though, I'm trying to look around for comparable properties, and there are only 2 or 3 within several miles; with prices scattered as from a shotgun!! 

I've found a few scattered in the university areas - I'm thinking of they are not excessive then it could be a good deal.

I use a bank that has 4 branches scattered throughout the city I have my rentals, so there is no reason a tenant cannot easily get to a bank (especially since they are near the rentals).

There isn't really one area that has all the good deals as they'll be scattered throughout.

A bed a couple of dressers and scattered toys remain.

The rents would be substantially higher and turnover would be lower...but you would have units scattered all over town which mean many more roofs, etc.
