Hey Scott,I took the TT intro course, bought the training, and attended one of their three-day workshops.Prior to enrolling, I searched for lien/deed training courses and TT has an excellent SEO manager, so I ended up going that route. 

I am curious to know if the proximity to Pennsylvania itself is a crucial factor in renting out the property, or if it would be equally viable to invest in an area further away from the city (with a 1-hour commute time, as opposed to a 30-minute train ride from Haverford).I would greatly appreciate if anyone could provide information on the actual rental prices for an average 3-bedroom house in these areas.

I know Quickbooks can be its own animal and I will certainly take the time to get some training.  

After you do that get to 5 million dollars in real estate that is when everything really starts gaining traction and your wealth turns into a run away train.
