I am sure the bank worked with me so well, that they would rework the note if I wanted to sell one out, but I did not ask that on the front end.

Problems so far include a roof system that will need to be reworked slightly, as the last guy didn't know how to match old roof gables to new roof gables (He missed it by about 8").

As far as reworking my business model I only intended to wholesale locally to get capitol for buy and hold/cash flow properties out of state.

-Sending out about 500 mailers a week to target areas (specifically people who bought their homes over 20 years ago)-Reworking my website-Created a feeder website to rank higher on search engines-Tried putting out bandit signs but got a ticket.

This is why so many investors from coastal cities rework their investing plan to cashflow markets.

I have installed and reworked the installation of water heaters before.I don't know, but I am told that the typical 6, 9, and 12 year models at the hardware store either 1) don't differ mechanically at all- they're just building an extended warranty into the price or 2) differ only in the anode rod, which keeps the tank from corroding - the longer-warranty models have a thicker or longer anode rod.If you never ran out of hot water with the one that's there now, then get one the same gallon size. 

From those I reworked a lot of how I set up my own finances and emergency funds based on TOTAL MONEY MAKEOVER, but I also wanted to see what would happen when you throw out all the rules and ideas you've drilled into your mind over the years, and in a sense unlearn everything you've learned if only to find out what would happen if you colored outside the lines.

There is a lot of downside risk with potentially long vacancy periods, re-work needed for a new tenant, etc.

They will need to rework that interchange at that spot as there aren't any off ramps.

I have definitely reworked how to share the profits now.
