We do this a TON in foreclosure and tax sale rescues.. now I will say 75% of the time when we do this and rescue someone we are then having to go to court to have the judge force the sale of the asset..

Particular areas of interest centre on finding buyers for larger properties (more than 30 units) as well as finding those that we can evaluate and deal with.I have been working in the NZ dairy industry in recent times and have done a lot of work on rescue packages for farmers with major issues.I find my work especially interesting and am keen to find others working in similar kinds of situations.

And you need to vette the buyer if the buyer can't prove they have enough cash on hand liquid to take out your mortgage if it gets called .. etc etc.. then its far to risky for sellers especially in todays market.Now sellers who are already 3/4 through foreclosure process have little or no equity don't give a rip about their credit.. well that's one thing.. ( and those were most of my sub too's Super distressed last second foreclosure rescue).
