The problem is it sucks, it barely works, it's surprisingly unintuitive for something so simple, and barely any guests actually use it.Which is kind of the same reason we're not discussing this on Google+ while wearing our Google glasses and talking about which version of Google Stadia is best to put into our homes as we communicate with our cleaners through Google Hangouts. While google obviously has a few big hits like Maps/Flights/Gmail, the majority of google releases follow the same pattern of great technology, horrible interface, no marketing, and eventual abandonment by Google.

In my area, an inspection contingency means as long as you have a licensed inspector actually inspect the property, you can then terminate just by sending a release/termination, even if nothing major found.

He'll need to set the heads, run the lines, hook up the lines, ensure a vacuum, pressure test, and release refrigerant, perhaps even adding some. The contractor knows he's not making a ton of money, and even though his margins aren't there because you're supplying the units, he needs to factor in you calling him and expecting warranty service if something runs afoul.

This just might be my opinion but at this point even if you're out one months rent which definitely sucks it may just be easier to start showings.I don't know what the L/T laws are in your county/state but perhaps send a notice to the emergency contact with something to the effect of pay or quit with an option for a release out of the lease and be done with it. turn over this unit and get it out on the market again.

If I was a renter today, I'd be doing everything I can to get the longest lease possible, 5yr, 10yr+ to lock in because this is an enduring upward pressure on rent's that only has 1 release valve, price ascension.
