They have been given a chance to move in and hopefully own a very upgraded home will all upgrades that they could never right now afford, and they are too lazy to: recycle dead batteries ( it's hard to drop off at most car supply stores, Sears, etc), do not live up to agreements with any company ( landlord, DirectV, Dish TV, etc), Always switch jobs ( I approve the lease based on their incomes, and they wait until moved in and then change - as if they know how the landlord "game" is played), etc.

May the seller was planning to build a recycling center and he needed a prototype of some sort!

My son and I are developing a Night Club in Baltimore that should be ready to rent in April, lots of moving parts, but when you have the right contractors doing what is necessary, you are able to sleep at nights and not worry too much about cost over-run.As for "flipping, assignment, recycling properties and finding great transactions", a few simple suggestions would be to follow the negative!!

There was a couple dumpsters of clean wood and siding that was recycled and all of the concrete was definitely separated and recycled separately.

I can rinse and recycle this strategy if I can find the right team to get the leads flowing cause I have the funds to buy and the trusted contractor to help with repairs.

I am learning new areas where I can save costs, one of which is recycling cabinets, if the conditions permit. 2nd hand stores are good for bulk items like tile and paint, etc...

It still may not be a perfect match, but it's certainly doable and a good use of recycling.

They pile up on my desk and then get dumped in my recycle bin.

They are selling you generic information that may or may not apply to were you conduct your business. 99.9% of time it is rehashed, recycled, misinformation.
