Everything is a step by step system and there hasn't been any unknown surprise, if anything maybe only some scheduling rearranging, but nothing major like flips.

Stay away from large scale water intrusion issues (roof, siding, or otherwise), major foundation issues, issues with framing, stupid layouts that require rearranging walls, or places that have issues that can't be fixed (location, occupancy/zoning issues that impede your desired use, etc.)

Pulling the weeds, cutting the grass, planting flowers and shrubs, rearranging the flower beds.
