Thoughts as to regulatory bills are formed in committee by politicians in both parties.

Sometimes I'm not sure if our politicians are naive or ignorant, or ...... you fill in the blank.Sigh................

Who would have guessed that if politicians were remotely involved it would be a disaster !!!

He has connected with significant investors, politicians, angel investors, venture capital leaders, and people who have and are excelling in their fields.  

In the case that our f-ing banks and the politicians they own screw up our economy again, it would have lost 30% like the area did in 2007.

Now, before someone accuses of being "political" or whatever, I will say that I am not going to mention any political party or refer to any specific politician (or group of politicians).

Unfortunately the American politicians and big corporate donors have sold americans out for their own greed/pockets by outsourcing.

I say, start with a sit down and offer solution(s) that give the credit to the politician and the profit to you.

A buddy gets wholesale deals going door to door i the areas he targets, he speaks to everyone on behalf of the local politician he ends asking if they know anything coming up for sale or thinking about selling, he offers referral fees.Reading a book is good, getting the best real estate CPA and attorney is much better.Remember reality shows are staged the numbers and stories are made up, not real and designed to create drama.
