As much as I hate government and regulation, this kind of BS is why we have it.

If I were to guess, I would think that the new administration will bring positive change to the housing sector by removing regulations that impede builders, and affect building material costs. 

Definitely follow the regulations in the area and if permissible I would offer to attempt to find an acceptable tenant and terminate their lease when that happens but in the meantime they will need to continue to pay.

I’d like more information on the DCSR lenders if anyone has specific recommendations.Also, if anyone needs advice or repairs/ replacement on plumbing feel free to send me a message! 

Can regulations change?

@Eric Andersen definitely put weight into what @Michael Baum wrote and do your own research on the city regulation/zoning.

Just be sure to check local regulations because some spots are cracking down on STRs.

I would look into any regulations that might require you to have a fence around the pool as well :)Hope that helps.
