I'm probably not looking to wholesale myself, as i have a fulltime job right now which is really time consuming, but i believe completely in education and the more you know about  every facet of this game, the better off you'll  be.

While real estate is just one facet of this life goal and purpose I do realize that through this avenue I am able to connect with people, form relationships and possibly help others along in their goals and dreams.

BiggerPockets is a great site to get ideas, but to ask and see locals who implement the ideas, come to the local REIA, JaxREIA, where we have quick start meetings on 9 facets of real estate investing, from rehabbing, to finding the best property, to title insurance to technology in real estate.

A system in place for handing all facets of the rental.

Depends on the facet of RE you're considering.Then I might say, you can always seek advice here, the trick is what advice to take.
