Attend in person networking events in your area (there are many in and around Vancouver). 

CA has more than half of the nations homeless/unsheltered persons. 

JeffWe lead a couple investor meet up groups in person and live stream about the Central Ohio real estate market.

When so many renters stopped paying rent during COVID, companies like SureVestor stopped taking new accounts because they were facing a significant number of claimes.I personally don't see it as a good solution.

And not even posts where users give me and/or BiggerPockets negative feedback, no matter how much I do not like the posts, or how untruthful I personally feel them to be.

Personally I'm against these types of programs, especially 5-figure ones.

But the risk to the seller on this deal is immense you have a guy tying up a property who has no ability to close it and then sell it to whoever will give him money and that person could be nefarious get into title rip rents could give 2 craps about the sellers credit etc etc..

Personally for what people charge for these programs I would say you are 1000x  better off taking some courses at a local college, getting a degree and working in real estate to get paid for experience and then do real estate on the side for your own portfolio as well.

Personally, I think this company is probaby about to go out of business - they have lots of inventory, and it's not exactly prudent to be investing in FL in the coastal areas now anyway.  

I personally leverage, but have a large rainy day fund.
