As Owner of the property you need to be the CEO and the person running the business (Whether it is the owner themselves or a PM company) is the operating system of that business.If that operating system does not know the laws and regulations then chances of failure are very high,same in any business modelI think if you want to do something like this create business plan and education would be key or paramount for you and your clients success
