Additionally, ensure that all necessary notices for filing an eviction have been posted and properly documented in your records.

I look for cashflow to service the debt, repairs, cap ex, taxes, and insurance while the equity grows, my taxes are decreased, and rents are increased to make more cashflow. 

I’ve notice on Redfin right now there are a few 2 families that have been on the market for more than 60-100+ days.

I never noticed, but this is pretty smart marketing. 

I think over the long term sure it balances out.For example - 2023-2024 - my area saw a NET decrease in rental rates.

Good renovations done at purchase should decrease repair and vacancy cost. 

Notice when I spoke of London STR I used the words "gain control of a property" and NOT "buy a property"????
