I found the answeR in one of the Title 24 notices, and if I remember correctly they required around 2kw, which here in So Cal costs $5500, after 28% Federal Tax Credit it would be around $4,000.Cant find the notice/site but if you look long enough you’ll find it.Originally posted by @David T.
