I had major furniture delivered by Cort (check out their outlet for great deals), housewares/linens, etc. from Amazon and Walmart and found a great cleaning team on Turno that accepts packages, has a handyman and a can-do attitude.

@Enrique Saucedo, I did a substantial amount of remodeling on all of the units.The first 7 units, in Mountain View had essentially the same level of work: New flooring, new oak kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new toilets, new tile, grounding of electrical outlets, sheet rock, paint, new fixtures.

In Texas AT LEAST you need to have GFCI outlets on all kitchen counter surfaces, outside, garage, bathrooms etc. this home had the outside ones since the pool was relatively new and the outlets were put in when the pool was put in.

As of late I have become a bit jaded with the business, specifically dealing with architects and clients, which is a major source of inefficiency. e.g when a simple design decision takes over a week to make it tends to slow things down a bit:) I do love building and it is a satisfying creative outlet for me.
