This person was the Medical Manager at a large Hospital in my city, made great money, had a MBA degree, what did I miss??

I have owned my own business for 7 years (REI and others) and got a scholarship for a full-time MBA 2 year program.  

My options range from leadership degrees to a traditional MBA, project management and so on.

@Tom MattinsonI misunderstood your initial post and thought you were interested in formal training.While a formal education may be useful, as a property owner, I am far more concerned with your experience and demonstrated ability to get the job done.It reminds me if interviewing a young MBA graduate years ago who had no experience in our industry, but, as a result of his education, was confident he had all the answers.

Married man, working 9-5  started a clinical research supplies business and completing my MBA.  

I just listened to the Note MBA episode where Chase interviewed you - you mentioned a book, I think by Fuquan Bilal.

Company is based there in SF run by a Harvard MBA.

It felt like an application essay to get into an MBA program. 

The benefit of being an agent is that beside going to school for real estate finance or an MBA its the fastest, inexpensive way to get in the business and make money.
