They are in the top 20 biggest real estate outfits when it comes to accruing institutional capital, have 4000 employees, and have $22 billion in assets under management.Yet I can't really find much about them online re: reviews, and there doesn't seem to be one mention of them on BP! 

Calling someone an "employee," but putting them on 1099, and paying them the same as what W2 people with benefits get, is a huge rip-off that many Fortune 500s, as well as smaller outfits, perpetuate.

I worked with one of the big "evil" outfits in the Dallas area.

When i started funding Turnkey in 2002 in Detroit one of the ground partners who was providing inventory for an LA based turnkey outfit he was already there with the Videos he did spectacular videos and thats who they sold all those houses site unseen..

Outfitting two kitchens and other common areas will be a little bit more upfront but certainly less than the renovation option.

Start looking for your themed outfits.

Just want to make sure going to be dealing with an honest and reputable outfit.

His role is to deal with all property related things such as outfitting the rooms, dealing with our property manager, etc.
