The property does have heated radiators through out each unit. everything is separated for each unit electricity, gas, and window units in each property.

Do you by chance have it written anywhere to close all doors and windows? 

This has pluses and minuses.If your property is bulletproof such as no framing - cinder block construction, cement floors, gloss white paint slapped on the walls and a cheap window mount AC, then you are in a prime position to make money with S8.

I am looking into buying a duplex in Hyatt Park and wanted to get some advice on what contractors/suppliers I could contact that have investor friendly pricing for kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom vanities.

Unkempt lawns, trashy or broken down vehicles, mattresses and trash on empty lots, boarded up houses, bars on windows, dealers and hookers on the corners, the lack of stores or gas stations, occupied properties are dilapidated, etc.Or when Google maps shows stuff like this:

It will include a compact bathroom, a tiny kitchen area, and a heater—just the essentials to make it comfortable for someone to stay in.

One of the best was when they told me the radiator in the kitchen is warm and should be hotter.

I renovated the primary bathroom, kitchen, appliances and yard.
