For a better grade, consider the emphasis the instructor gave to certain areas of instruction in that class.

The instructor had taken the class, and asked us actual questions from the test at the end of the class.  

Reports of the quality of instructors and information given are not very impressive. 

In Texas, when we buy or sell a property we must disclose that we're a licensed real estate agent.I was also told by one of my instructors that if a seller wants to sell their property for under what it's worth, as a licensed buyer we must disclose the potential value of the property.

You could take a Realtor's course, that would be worth every dime as you'd have class and instructor (a qualified instructor) feedback. 

One of my longest Navy friends is an instructor in Whidbey Island.I agree with most of what's already been suggested.

:DI started real estate courses on the 12th but they got cancelled due to the instructor passing away.

Also, it would be great to find a school that is affordable and provides great instructors. 

I am pretty sure that the all the instructors Ive taken classes with, all the brokers Ive worked for and the National Association of Realtors are correct.
