Go to meetups in your area to meet other investors who invest in Section 8 rentals to see if that's the type of property and management style you want.

Hello All:I am equally nervous and excited to start diversifying my investment portfolio by starting my real estate investment journey .

I am looking to enter the Memphis market in the next few months but I am out in California as well, so I am a little bit nervous about investing so far away.

I was getting increasingly nervous about what may happen to the stock market in the short term: mind you the short term is where I fall because I have just a decade left to work.
