I had it up and running in less than two hours and already had my first reservation via Airbnb.As far as the co-host goes, I am moving forward with the VA option to co-host with me.

I figured my network of people I help/work for, will help in the long run. 

We have always said we will run our business, as much as possible, as if it's 10x the size it currently is.

Just a heads up LTR folks are pretty brutal on furniture.

To live multiple states away and run a string of successful C-class long-distance BRRRRs anywhere in the Rust Belt is practically impossible.

Our goal is to be up in running by January of 2021.

Just run the numbers and make sure things make sense.
