I'm tired of burning two ends of the candle and need some direction to get out of this mess please. 

Middle class would THRIVE from such "collapse" so please, light that candle!

For example, I have no use of candles (fire hazard).

I saw a handmade "for rent" sign and called the owner.

I burned the candle at both ends before transitioning full time to REI. 

I own a handmade jewelry business so my accountant advised me that I have very little risk and no assets at this point to protect through an LLC or other entity form.

You're well supplied, you've got a couple cases of water at home, you've got food and flashlights and candles.

I would get in those units and make sure they are not trying to burn 100 candles for heat, or close the main water control valve if the building is close to freezing to prevent water damage, or help avoid icy sidewalks and steps, etc.

You arent making candles or selling t shirts.

For my SFH rental in California (San Francisco, a tenant friendly city), I also state: late charge of $25 and $20 per day (not to exceed $200 per month), no candles, no fragrance plug-ins, no illegal drug use, no smoking and no vaping of any products inside the house (I'm okay with weed use in the back yard or outside since marijuana is legal here), tenant mops up standing water, oil spills in driveway, etc.
