Getting back to the original post, what would be a strategy you'd explore given his circumstances?  

Not only were they followed when originated but are they witha  third party servicer now ?

.), Either a US credit report or credit trade line history in your country of origin, US Entity documents (EIN, Operating Agreement, Articles of Organization,), 2 months bank statements for proof of closing, and 6-12 months reserves on top of closing costs and DP.

This is pushing many to look at areas that still offer strong cash flow backed by solid economic factors.I’m originally from Florida, but experienced the same issue after factoring in all the expenses.

I question if the person that has issues matching 1) knows how to feather 2) has the original paint color/code. 

The actual penalty varies but it's often a step down or if a 5 year prepayment penalty term, it will be 5% of the original or unpaid mortgage balance if refinanced or sold in the first year, then 4% in the second year and then on down (the exact penalty varies which is why I mention both the original and unpaid mortgage balance.
