The posts aren't very old so I'm left wondering why they would need changing.My sign person says" Reusing the existing posts will not work as they are dato/grooved and odds of getting fit for new panels are not going to work.

The weight of the contents most likely had much to do with the failure, as it appeared the integrity of the box was compromised by the base pulling out of the groove in the frame and distorting due to weight.

although, since you're such a broken record and your needle is stuck in that groove, I will offer this:Anecdotally - and if anyone asks me, I will deny having said anything in a public forum - in my experience with people who finish the education, I'd guess some 75% acquire at least one property, then go one to achieve greater success.
