Coved ceilings, trays, deatailed fireplaces, arched doorways, hardwood floors everywhere, tongue and groove fir front porches.Converted wall hollows from the telephone cubby or ironing table hidaway or inset medicine cabinet.

The posts aren't very old so I'm left wondering why they would need changing.My sign person says" Reusing the existing posts will not work as they are dato/grooved and odds of getting fit for new panels are not going to work.

I have been slacking on my moderating, but I just survived the busiest time of year at my day job, so I am ready to get back in my BP groove.

Theres been a few times when I got into this awesome "groove", though.

I have even found a project that brings real estate and my software architecture/security background together.I had little doubt and still ... just a sec, lemme confirm .... yes, still little doubt that you will find your groove and get to sit in the big chair in your wheelhouse {that is, if your wife doesn't want to sit down}.

So I bought some 3/4" tongue and groove plain white pine, distressed it with nails and hammers and chains and saw, my kids loved this part.

I prefer to fill in the grooves and make the place look as much like a stick built as possible.  

My favourite remodel was turning a garage into a recording studio all done in tongue and groove pine. 

The weight of the contents most likely had much to do with the failure, as it appeared the integrity of the box was compromised by the base pulling out of the groove in the frame and distorting due to weight.  

although, since you're such a broken record and your needle is stuck in that groove, I will offer this:Anecdotally - and if anyone asks me, I will deny having said anything in a public forum - in my experience with people who finish the education, I'd guess some 75% acquire at least one property, then go one to achieve greater success.
