There are many benefits with section 8 in order for the tenant to be placed in one of my properties they go through a process with the committee then when living in the property they need to abide by lease rules and keep the property in shape, if major damage is made or neglect to the property by the tenant they may losE their voucher from section 8, so it’s a very good idea to go this route and food for thought you always know your property is up to date safety wise and livable with annually inspections.

And then there are others that are just pump and dump due diligence schemes.. now when i googled this company their web page came up .. but there is also complaints and a rip off report link.. so i would read all that stuff first.. take it with a grain of salt.then look deep within and ask yourself if with your business acumen and 2 to 3 years of tax returns.. and your fico and your cash reserves can you do a 1 plus deal.

They didn’t have to break the door thankfully but they had to break my $200 touchscreen lock and then sent me a 300+ locksmith bill as well as a 900+ junk removal bill although there were no furniture left in the unit and the junk removal people only removed left over food from the fridge and the freezer!!!

Recently its down to 4.82%, so if we keep in mind our margin or the fixed portion the lenders add on top of the index to come up with your daily rate calculation is going to be as follows:4.82% + 3.75% (example margin for AIO) = 8.57% so we'll round it up to the nearest .125% which should be 8.50% interest only.Given that prime is 8.50% already and there is a margin on top of Prime for most HELOC's out there from .25-3.00% your traditional HELOC would be much higher rate than your comparable AIO loan comparatively. So just some food for thought.
