Every heir has a price.Example 2 - Similar to example 1 and happened after example 1 we paid a heir to come sign a waiver that they don't want the belongings and that they recognize all items will be donated to Goodwill or thrown in the garbage.

If people ask about it (mostly they ask about a fridge) I recommend they pick one up at GoodWill which sells them for under $100. its not so much the up front money I am trying to save, its the hassle later on.

Maybe they did that as a matter of good will but if the the buyer sued the seller the seller should immediately in cases of misrepresentation of the property turn around and sue their own agent and broker.
