Hey guys & girls,Does anyone deal with real estate in the Orem-Provo area of Utah?

I've been pondering how to adjust my role so that I can so from basically being self employed with my BRRRR investing to actually having a business that will accomplish work with or without me.

Your rental insurance is not going to cover you when the wife of one of your partners shows the rental to a prospective tenant and makes the mistake of asking an over ponderal lady when is she due and gets (you all) sued for discrimination.So, you want insurance regardless.

Sounds like to me that the age old prejudice about pretty girls in somehow involved in this .

I don’t see a correction that size as EM is way over-valued and the US is the prettiest girl at closing time.

I know that hiring the guy/girl who does something day in and day out is way better than me at it, and can save me time/money/frustrations.

I see that there's absolutely no time to ponder in this game! 

I'd walk by Gouda cheeses in the supermarket and think about Dutch girls and suddenly I'd be in an embarrassing situation.Duplex, SFR, managing opportunity, long-term gains, all that was totally lost on me.But I did learn how to talk to and live with women, and that's made a significant difference in my life.
