It's a really unique vibe that I don't get from any 'similar' groups.They do have some great online courses, but a few times a year, they also host 3-day retreats in different cities for 17-20 strangers, who seriously do leave with lifelong friends at the end. 

Building homes is fulfilling and lucrative but I often feel like my days are spent just chasing down contractors and materials, and pointing out everything that is wrong with work that has been completed.Over the last ~6 months I thought long and hard about all my options.

Unfortunately, this has often led to a disregard for proper portfolio management, with attention diverted towards maintaining an image of dominance rather than fulfilling responsibilities. 

But the signs of uncertainty can become self-fulfilling and could be leading indicators.Anecdotally, google searches for the phrase “need financial help now” are straight up and to the right.

She is currently in a Debt Relief Program where she pays a monthly installment of several hundreds with the goal of fulfilling her debt in 4 years.  

This is clear fraud, non-fulfillment of contract, etc.

The property was provided with solar which had a contract agreement and it looks like that has not been fulfilled.
